Pantomimo Festas e Presentes was born in 2018, when I work on that naming and visual identity design. That moment the company planned to open a store, but it doesn't happen in that time. Later the owner call me to continue the project, but now like I have proposed since the start, with brand strategy. They noticed that to manage the communication in social media, they will need directions, structured information.
With this in mind, I create a roadmap with a clearly schedule, compatible with the reallity of the company. We did a good colaboration work.
While we worked on the business plan, at first, they went to shopping for other things that the company needed to be opened in time. We have a lot of workshops to build the basis of the business and brand strategy. Surelly, we began from the customers, we needed emphatize with then to understand how to approach then and how to combine our value proposition.
Furthermore, we going to follow some way to understandy the scenarium, the context, looking around the market and analog fields.
We work hard for essencial data about the corporative culture, like values, purpose, promise and then, the positioning using workshops to achieve that in a colaborative way.
We analise the journey and the touch points mapping it , we crossed the values with the emergent needs of the customers to understand how to fit this.
As an outcome we achieved a brandbook with precious and clearly informations about how to manage the brand communication and how to build brand value.
Furthermore we deeploy a brand activation using a video to communicate the start on social medias and website, and a store inauguration inviting very important people (family, employers, partners, customers) to have closely since the begining.
