During a project called DPAF Management Meeting my role in the team was facilitating some dynamics in Miro for a few months. I worked more effectively on two smaller projects that resulted from these meetings in all areas of the People, Administration and Finance Department.
Integra is the internal system used by all departments to manage their projects and to give visibility to them, also functioning as an internal site for each sector. So our Department was late, as it had not yet developed its internal presentation page and we already had a “product” being idealized, the DPAF LABS, our own innovation laboratory and it needs to be inside our Department’s page.
My challenge was to create a page where it was possible, since we were still working remotely and the headquarters are in different cities.
With an extremely small deadline, compared to the deadlines we were used to, I planned activities involving Lean Inception to get input to create the pages, both DPAF and DPAF LABS that would also be accessed through the previous one.
After running Lean Inception, it was possible to define the MVP of the DPAF page and create a prototype within Integra to validate with the director. Then, with data obtained with benchmarking, I planned how our laboratory (DPAF LABS) would work and what its page would look like.
The result was a Department (DPAF) page created within the guidelines established in the MVP and another page with the feature to capture ideas with challenges listed in DPAF Management Meeting with the possibility of voting accessible to all employees of the Department.
